Excellent experience with Smile Hair Clinic. Everything is well organized to make things easy for the patient. Doctor Erdogan and his team have been wonderful, kind and professional. A case manager follows the patient before and after the hair transplant, communication is easy and fast via WhatsApp.
I came for a hair transplant on January 24th, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The clinic’s warm welcome, friendly, and attentive team made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was highly professional and comfortable as well. I am currently in the healing process and eagerly waiting for the results. I had my hair transplant 6 months ago, and already impressed by the results. Still got a while to go for the final results, and can’t wait to see the density increase on the mid scalp and crown. Would definitely recommend anyone going to Smile Hair clinic, as the facilities and the whole process was first class. I paid to have Dr Erdogan carry out the procedure and it was worth it. Always remember you need to give it time for results. But so far so good.
Honestly can give Smile brilliant feedback. Everything was a smooth process from when I landed to when I got taken back to the airport to fly home. The hotel was amazing, the clinic was very clean and staff really friendly. I had Dr Erdogan who was amazing he was an absolute expert and made sure it was what I wanted. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good clinic. The response times to messages are really good as well on WhatsApp and the assistants are always there to answer questions!
Just back from my procedure at the Smile clinic. Have to say that from the first initial contact, to attending the seminar in London and meeting my surgeon Dr Erdogan and then actually sorting everything out, the planning is first class. The facilities, staff, hotel you stay in, transfer, the procedure, everything was 1st class and I would have not hesitation to recommended to go with Smile. The only painful part is the initial injections, then it’s easy. Looking forward to seeing my results and keeping in touch with the aftercare team over the next 18 months.
