What Is a Hair Transplant Turkey Package?
A hair transplant package is an all-inclusive arrangement that combines medical care and travel arrangements under one price. Instead of booking a surgeon, a hotel, airport taxis and pharmacy items separately, you pay once and the clinic organises your stay from the moment you land until you leave.
Turkish clinics work this way because almost all of their patients come from abroad. Bundling the hotel, transfers and aftercare makes the trip predictable, and it lets the clinic keep you close during the first days when the grafts need the most care. The quality of a package, however, depends far more on the medical part than on the hotel. Who designs your hairline, who opens the recipient channels and how many patients the team treats that day matter much more than the number of stars on the hotel.

What Is Not Included in a Hair Transplant Package?
Almost every Turkish package leaves out flights, meals beyond breakfast, extra hotel nights and travel insurance. A companion’s own room and a possible second session in the future are also paid separately. Be careful with packages that leave out items that should be standard. If PRP, medication, the first wash or follow-up are missing, a cheap package can quickly become an expensive one. Ask for the full list of inclusions in writing before you pay a deposit.
What Does a 3-Day Hair Transplant Package Look Like?
Most packages follow the same simple rhythm. You arrive on the first day, have your operation on the second and your first wash on the third, before flying home the same day. The table shows a typical schedule at Smile Hair Clinic.

The facility, the techniques and the aftercare standards are the same for every patient, and the price does not change with the number of grafts. Gold Package
Gold is our entry package. Dr. Ali Osman Soluk or Dr. M. Reşat Arpacı carries out your consultation, plans your grafts and designs your hairline, and our trained surgical team performs the incisions and implantation. You stay two nights in a 4-star hotel, and the package covers VIP transfers, blood tests, PRP, medication, the aftercare kit and the 1-year care plan. It suits patients with moderate hair loss and a clear, standard plan.
Platinum Package
In Platinum, the doctor who plans your operation also opens the recipient channels. This is the step that sets the angle, direction and density of every graft, so it has the biggest effect on how natural the result looks. Implantation is done by the surgical team, and you stay two nights in a 5-star hotel. Platinum is the choice for most patients who want a doctor’s hand on the most critical step.
Diamond Package
In Diamond, consultation, planning and the incisions are carried out by one of the founding doctors, Dr. Gökay Bilgin or myself, or by our head doctor Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov. The package adds exosome therapy to support healing, a hair care and protection kit for the first three months and a third night in a 5-star hotel. Diamond is designed for advanced hair loss, repairs, a weak donor area or a demanding hairline, and for patients who want the most experienced surgeons involved from start to finish. Are Unshaven, Long FUE and Body Hair Included in the Packages?
Unshaven and Long FUE techniques are available in every package at no extra cost when the doctor decides they suit your hair and the size of the area. The choice of sapphire FUE, DHI or manual FUE works the same way, because the technique is a medical decision rather than a price tier.

Can You Combine Other Procedures With Your Package?
Yes. Many patients use the same trip for a second procedure or a supporting treatment, which saves a second journey. The most common combinations are a beard transplant or an eyebrow transplant in the same session, and scalp treatments such as PRP or exosome therapy around the operation. Whether two procedures can safely be done together depends on your donor area, so it is always part of the doctor’s plan.
Packages also work the same way for female hair transplants and Afro hair transplants, with the technique adapted to the hair type.
Can a Companion Travel With You on a Package?
Yes, and many patients prefer it. A companion who shares your room usually stays at no extra hotel cost, and the VIP transfers already cover both of you. Only their flight, their meals and a separate room, if they want one, are paid separately.
Travelling with someone makes the first evening after surgery easier, but it is not necessary, because the patient coordinator and the driver are with you at every step. Packages that look similar on paper can be built very differently. In broad terms, the Turkish market has three kinds of packages, and the difference lies mainly in who performs the operation.

How Do You Compare Hair Transplant Packages?
The best way to compare packages is to ask every clinic the same questions and get the answers in writing. The table lists the questions that reveal the most.

Be cautious with packages that promise “unlimited” or “maximum” grafts. The number of grafts your donor area can safely give is a medical limit, not a sales feature.
How Do You Book a Hair Transplant Package?
Booking takes four steps. You pay a €250 deposit by card through a secure link, which locks your package price and is deducted from the total. You then book your flights and send us the tickets, we reserve your operation date, hotel and transfers, and you pay the balance at the clinic when you arrive. Paying the balance in cash is recommended, because card payment of the balance carries a 10 percent surcharge.

What Happens After Your Package Ends?
Your package does not end at the airport. The 1-year care plan keeps you in contact with the clinic while your hair grows, and you send photos at key stages so your doctor can follow your progress and answer questions. Most patients see the first new hairs around the third or fourth month and the final result after about a year.
